Shipping Information
We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey via USPS and UPS, depending on size, destination, and the day's truck schedule. Most orders leave the warehouse within one business day of being placed.
Domestic Shipping
Standard ground service arrives in 3–5 business days for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories typically add 2–4 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes for items larger than a standard envelope — the carriers will not deliver them, and we have learned this the hard way.

Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $75 or more (after any discounts, before tax) ship free via standard ground. The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal — gift wrap, taxes, and expedited upgrades are not included.
Gift Wrap
Complimentary gift wrap is available at checkout on all orders: heavyweight kraft paper, natural twine, and a hand-stamped card with room for a short message. There is no charge. We do not gift-wrap Festivus orders — those ship in unadorned brown paper, on principle.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most of the European Union. International transit times run 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout. For other destinations, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you have not received tracking within two business days, write to us — something has gone briefly sideways and we would like to know about it.
