How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders ship within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Orders over $75 ship free. Expedited 2-day and overnight service are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked — including without a story, which we appreciate. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We provide a prepaid return label by email; the refund posts within 5 business days of warehouse receipt. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart specific to that item — bomber jackets and the urban sombrero run a touch generous; latex pillows and toppers are sized to standard mattress dimensions. If you're between sizes on apparel, we recommend sizing down. When in doubt, email us with your measurements and we'll make a recommendation in person.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrap at checkout on all orders: heavyweight kraft paper, a length of natural twine, and a small hand-stamped card. There is room on the card for a short message — we recommend keeping it short. Festivus orders are wrapped in unadorned brown paper on principle.
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely. Add your message in the "Gift note" field at checkout. We hand-write each note. Please keep messages under 200 characters and family-appropriate; our packing team reads every one.
